Job replied: Why do the wicked still live, Continue on, also become very powerful?
Job 21:13 They spend their days in prosperity, And suddenly they go down to Sheol.
Job 21:14 They say to God, ‘Depart from us! We do not even desire the knowledge of Your ways.
Job 21:27 Behold, I know your thoughts, And the plans by which you would wrong me.
So it is with people who reject Jesus. They receive the same Grace as all people do whether saved or not saved because God is love. However, the time of Grace will come to an end one day. When this takes place only those who were born again in spirit by believing that Jesus is the Messiah (Anointed Son of God) will enter paradise.
Every one who dies In Christ enters paradise. Jesus told the thief on the cross that he would be in paradise with Him. The thief repented and believed In Christ thus receiving a full pardon from God. Heaven, which descends down to earth, occurs after the final judgment when all the names written in the Lamb’s Book of Life receive eternal life.
The remaining, those whose Father was Satan, will go directly to the left and spend eternity in outer darkness, separated from Jesus, the one they rejected. Wait…That’s not all, they also spend eternity in what is called the lake of fire. This is not symbolic, the lake of fire burns with sulphur and brimstone forever.
There are different levels of punishment in hell. We know this from Luke 20:47, Luke 12:47-48 and John 19:11.
There is absolutely no such thing as purgatory or the absurd notion that a person can go to hell for a brief cleansing and jump back to heaven. This is a blatant lie of the devil. Read 1 Corinthians 15:3, 1 John 2:2, 2 Corinthians 5:6-8 and Philippians 1:23. Ask yourself, “Is there a sin that Jesus forgot to pay for with his life on the cross?
The ironic thing is that all knees will bend and all tongues will confess that Jesus is Lord. The haters will acknowledge that Jesus is God one day. The choice is up to you. God will not force anyone to love him. You come to God, not the other way. He gave us the freedom to make choices. God knows our heart and knows who will declare their love for him and who will reject him.
You might say, I’ll just wait then and do whatever I want to do and then I’ll believe Jesus. The problem with that is that Jesus will come back like a thief in the night. No one knows when a thief strikes.
