Liquid Church

Attending Church on Sunday is what the majority of believers do and it is definitely scriptural to assemble together to worship Jesus.

Attendance at the church building on Sunday or Wednesday for prayer is not the same as a continual intimate relationship with Jesus because that is between you and Jesus.

Reading God’s Word and prayer without ceasing is the key to an intimate relationship with God and it is one on one. Too many people rely on warming up a pew on Sunday and then after the service wait until it repeats the next Sunday. What about Monday through Saturday?

Those who rely on the Pastor once a week to get spiritually filled are reliant on the Pastor.

Those who rely on the words of God daily become dependent on God’s word through Jesus.

We need to be more liquid as the body of Christ and touch people’s lives everyday through our witness to Christ. This includes prayer for others, nations, healthcare workers, people suffering around the world…the list goes on and on. You can never run out of prayer. One day you’ll see what your prayers did when you get to paradise.

“From childhood you have known the sacred writings which are able to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction and for training in righteousness”

2 Timothy 3:15-16

Go ahead and share what you know about Jesus in a gentle manner. Plant a seed and then someone else will come around and water that seed.
