The Garden of Eden…God’s thoughts and ways are not ours

What if Eve said no to the serpent and did not eat the apple? How about Adam, what if he refused to partake in biting the apple? After they ate their eyes were opened to see that they were naked. Their first response was to “cover up” their sin.

Can we cover up our transgressions when we sin? For believers In Christ, the only way is to agree (confess means to agree in Greek) that you sinned because God already forgave you when His Son, Jesus died for us all. For those who do not have a relationship with Jesus, here is what you do:

“If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.

Romans 10:9-10

Trust me, God knows your heart and is ready to step into to your life and change it in ways that you could never ever imagine. All things good are from God.

It looks like Satan coughed on us lately, but God is in control. God is outside of sin and we cannot blame Him for our situation now. God is here for us and desires to help us if we reach out to Him through prayer.

There is no time to cover up our sin now, we need to surrender this to Jesus and He wants to hear from us – Now.

Pray for all those who are suffering that God will comfort them and that those who do not have a relationship with Him respond with belief In Jesus.
